About Carlos
A neighbor running to be your voice.
I’ve lived in DC almost continuously since 2011. My wife and I recently moved to the Forest Hills/Chevy Chase neighborhood (3F06) with our two young kids, both in DC public schools. My career over the last two decades has spanned government (state & federal), business (start-up), and basic research (NASA & U. Maryland).
I’m running a write-in campaign for Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner (ANC) for 3F06 for two reasons:
- 1To be a voice for you in city decision-making.
- 2DC is a fantastic city, but it can be a better city.
I draw deep conviction from the ideal of the city as a community – you, me, all residents of this fair city – who deliberate together to decide our common future.
